Abstract

The U.S. Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) Training System is a mobile application that provides a forum for military recruits to measure physical fitness, direct training regimens, monitor fitness changes, and project the likelihood of passing the AFSOC Physical Fitness Test (PFT).
